Our rooms to rent are in great locations either in the Centre of Reading in RG1 on top of town and less than a 10 minute walk to Reading's main line station; or on the beautiful Shinfield Park estate in RG2 which is south of Reading town centre and close to the M4 J11, A33, Madeski Stadium and Green Park, with short bus routes to Reading town centre, Reading University and the Royal Berkshire Hospital. Our RG2 properties are close to Amec Foster Wheeler, The European Weather Station, Thames Valley Park, Earley, Winnersh Triangle and Wokingham; and not far to Aldermaston, Bracknell, Newbury, Maidenhead, Slough and Windsor etc.

Our houses are designed with sociable spaces where you can become friends with your fellow housemates.  Hence the lounges and dining rooms have NOT been turned into extra bedrooms.  We take great care in picking tenants and involve them in helping pick new housemates. As a results many of our tenants have been with us for several years, right up to 11 years, and old housemates still return to visit them

The Shinfield Park is Reading's premium estate and is set around a picturesque Green and woodland.  It is  a beautiful quiet location to come home to and great  for walks around the estate or sitting on The Green.  It is the perfect escape from the City Centre which is just a short drive, cycle or bus ride away. Their are also great local shops on your doorstep including: supermarkets, a pharmacy, dry cleaners, take aways, restuarants, coffee shop, local pubs, and much more 

Rooms in the Centre of town locations are perfect for shopping or nights out and just a short walk to Reading's main line train station so very convenient for catching a train into London and elsewhere.
